It's not often that I get worked up by the news but the fact that Ruhela Khanom got off with no prosecution is amazing. The judge was convinced enough to discharge her and report her onwards and people have been convicted of contempt for much less

Yes, I mean listening to Amy Winehouse while you're on jury service should automatically be a custodial sentence, shouldn't it? In fact listening to Amy Winehouse at all has got to carry a minimum of three years, surely?
